Good afternoon! I am Maureen Porras the new health editor
from this amazing school. I am going to post some recommendations on the
school´s web site. You are very lucky because you have the opportunity to receive
excellent advice while you are at the school.

When
you are at the school you have to use stairs instead of electric stairs or
elevators.
2.
You
can’t drink sweet drinks it is a better option to drink juices.
3.
You
may come to school on foot instead to take a bus.
4.
It
is a good idea to bring fruits at the school for eating during the break.
5.
Parents
might not give money for snacks.
6.
Students
shouldn’t eat candies.
7.
Students
must drink water during the day, it is the best drink and it is free.
8.
Students
couldn’t miss your physical education class.
9.
You
must not use drugs.
10. Smoking is a bad habit you have to
avoid it.
11. You have to get up early every day
and go to bed early too, it is necessary to sleep eight hours per day.
